Pacific Palisades Fire-Rebuild
What began as an extensive remodel took a devastating turn when the property was lost to the 2025 wildfires. We stood by our clients through the aftermath, completely redesigning the home and navigating the complex rebuild permitting process. Today, their new custom home is officially under construction.
Pacific Palisades Hillside Addition
We transformed severe site constraints into a 500-square-foot architectural advantage. The design features a dramatic cantilevered balcony that makes the addition look as though it is levitating. Inside, the space feels like a secluded, elevated treehouse. As a true end-to-end design and build team, we carried this connection to nature all the way through, completing the project with full landscape design and planting.
